Radiotherapy Tattoos

Medical tattoos are usually present when an individual has gone through radio therapy.

Radiotherapy spots are small “medical” tattooed markers made during cancer treatment and used by the radiographer to pin point the radiography machine in order to match and treat exactly the same area each session.

Many people see their dots as a symbol of courage and a sign they have overcome difficult times but many others feel they are a reminder of sad and traumatic times.

If you are looking to move forward without the reminder we are here to help support your healing process which is why we offer FREE treatment on these radiation tattoos.

FAQs

To proceed with treatment you must have been in remission for at least 1 year with a letter from the doctor/hospital to confirm its safe for you to have laser treatment.

It's difficult to predict, but most people see satisfying results with 1-3 sessions

We suggest a ‘minimum' of 6 weeks but advise longer to help your body effectively breakdown the shattered ink particles and aid skin recovery.
