We are committed to protecting your personal data. We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, or insurance obligations.

Client Records: In line with best practice for clinical records, we retain patient consultation forms, treatment notes, and medical history for 8 years after your last treatment.

Following these periods, your documents are securely destroyed (paper records are shredded; electronic records are permanently deleted). You have the right to request deletion of your records earlier; however, we may be required to keep certain data to satisfy legal requirements."
