Cosmetic tattoos are very common. Lots of people choose to have semi permanent eyebrows tattoos, freckles/beauty spots and scalp micro-pigmentation (SMP).
Although they may look similar to regular tattoos, traditional tattoo ink and pigments used for brows or scalp micro-pigmentation (SMP) are different in composition, depth, and behaviour in the skin & require a specialist approach due to the unique pigments used and their behaviour under laser.

In most cases no - but there is a very small risk of mild disruption to the hair growth cycle, hair shedding or breakage. Hairs can sometimes blanch (turn lighter or faded) after laser. The natural colour of your hair will return when the old hair sheds and your new hair grows.
